It was approx 8 - 9 years back. Year 2000 – An Assembly of few ICT Dealers of Dhaka discussing the need of forming an association of ICT Dealers of Elephant Road & Dhaka City who can look after their interest and Industry too. After that more then 200 ICT dealers meet and safely delivered the formation of the community named ECS under the parents organization BCS (Bangladesh Computer Samity).
